Agenda: The election of president/vice president and appointment of legal counsel, construction and committee updates, various appointments for signature authority for federal programs, 2023-24 proposed spectator fees, resignations, an extended serious illness leave request, the policy adoption for KACB complaints about personnel, and the announcement of various meetings and dates.
