Agenda: The commission will consider a planned unit development for Citizens Alley downtown, a zoning change to establish an inpatient alcohol recovery home for pregnant women and women with children at the former site of the Trinity Guest House, a rezoning and plat for commercial lots along 37th Avenue Southwest, rezoning for single-family homes in an arrested development area in northwest Minot, and a zoning change for First District Health Unit to come in line with existing property use and allow for construction of an accessory building.
