Agenda: The council will consider drop-off recycling by landfill users who are not city sanitation customers. It will consider improvements at South Broadway and 40th Avenue, an eminent domain settlement with Trinity and revised community contribution requests from local agencies. The council will hold hearings on zoning requests, including an alcohol treatment center downtown. Minot Area Chamber EDC will give its biannual presentation.
