Agenda: The council will appoint members to an alcohol ordinance review committee and human relations committee. It will consider rate changes for the downtown parking ramps, funding requests from community organizations, recruitment services for an assistant city manager position and MPO policy board creation. It will hear a recycling program update and budget presentation.
