Agenda: Stonehaven Development is requesting a zone change from multi-family to single family to create 10 residential lots in 55th Crossing in southeast Minot. Aksal Group is asking for zoning changes to accommodate and expand programming in Citizens Alley, a community-oriented space downtown.
