Agenda: The council plans to meet in executive session to discuss an ongoing eminent domain case regarding a Trinity Health property. At 5:30 p.m., the council will meet in regular session to act on a human relations committee ordinance and consider the city manager’s employment contract, recommendations of the planning commission, a letter of support for EERC’s federal clean energy grant request, subdivision plats and transit route modifications. Six organizations looking to receive city funds in 2024 will give presentations.
