Agenda: The council will discuss a human relations committee ordinance, advertising for proposals to lease or sell downtown parking ramps and rewriting the alcohol ordinance. It will consider a contract to transport recyclables to a processor and receive reports on pavement management and a city mobile app for citizens. The council will discuss negotiations on the city manager’s contract, with a possible executive session.
