Agenda: The council will hold a public hearing on adoption of a comprehensive plan. The council will consider a a human relations committee ordinance, a contract with Ackerman-Estvold for planning services associated with a state placemaking grant, watermain replacement bid award and a contract for employee assistance programs. Other discussion includes the flood project and recommendations of the Employee Benefit and Wage Review Committee.
