Agenda: Minot Area Council of the Arts is requesting funding for Carnegie Center improvements. The council will discuss the proposed capital improvement plan. The council will act on several annual gaming site requests, land plat requests, a fire truck purchase, engineering studies at various intersections, U.S. 83 Bypass and U.S.2/42nd Street chip seal and flood closure repair at 16th Street.
