Agenda: The commission will consider a zone change for a business expansion by Mowbray Properties in southeast Minot. It will consider zoning map amendments for Highlands at North Hill that include consolidation to create single-family home lots, a zone change for a recreational boxing facility and permit for an enclosed warehousing for 15 shop condo units at 501 40th Ave. SW, and a permit for enclosed warehousing for 10 shop condo units on North Broadway.
