Agenda: The council will set rates for garbage collection, landfill and water and storm sewer and consider a recycling carts purchase, bid award for landfill cell 7 construction, a construction extension for Project BEE on Broadway Circle, use of a parking ramp by new city hall employees and an engineering agreement for the Puppy Dog Coulee project. The council will discuss setting up an ad hoc committee on childcare and a request for proposal for development of parking ramp properties and budget ordinance updates.
