Agenda: The council will consider recommendations of the planning commission, a grant for purchase of recycling carts, a tax abatement request, vehicle bids, garbage collection rates with cycling fees, property tax relief to incentivize stalled residential developments, a housing needs and market analysis study and a grant request for an environmental document on a proposed south bypass. The council will discuss a PFAS water contamination lawsuit and the achievement of Metropolitan Area status and receive a semi-annual report from Minot Area Chamber EDC.
