Agenda: The commission will consider a budget amendment for a K9 obstacle course, law enforcement contract amendment with the Minot Police Department, right-of-way reversal applications and truck bids. The commission will receive updates on ARPA and from Vision Zero, consider annual contracts with economic development organizations in the county, an agreement with Domestic Violence Crisis Center and a memorandum of understanding with Youthworks. Other topics include meeting room rental, 2023 liquor licenses and a Seventh-Day Adventist church request regarding 2020 taxes. An abatement hearing will be held regarding Floros, Inc.
