Agenda: The commission will consider a zone change for a downtown mixed use development at the north end of Main Street, a zoning map amendment to expand the Pizza Ranch/commercial building in south Minot, a zone change to combine lots in a residential area in southeast Minot and proposed amendments to the land development ordinance.
