Agenda: The council will hold a public hearing on a Tax Increment Financing District for The Tracks. The council will consider plans for Cell 7 at the landfill, stormwater improvements and taxiway reconstruction at the airport, an abatement request from Stonehaven Development, MAGIC Fund grant for United Pulse Trading, streetlight improvement project and northwest area water main replacement bids.
