Agenda: The council will mteet in executive session to discuss 16th Crossing and Cypress Development litigation. The council will continue in open session at 5:30 p.m. to discuss upcoming legislative topics and consider planning commission recommendations, sale of Home Sweet Home, selection of architects for a police department and municipal court space study, a 2023 services agreement with MACEDC, additional funding for remodeling the proposed career and technical center building and MAGIC Fund guidelines recommendations. The council will receive a report from Visit Minot.
