Agenda: The commission will consider vacation of right of way between two lots in southeast Minot; an amendment to a conditional use permit for Capital RV to allow for additional building types beyond enclosed warehousing; a zoning map amendment to acknowledge realignment of Fourth Avenue Northwest and accommodate the flood protection project; rezoning and a preliminary plat to clean up zoning for a property southeast of Minot; a variance for a detached garage in west Minot; and revocation of conditional use permits to Keller Paving due to nonconformance.
