Agenda: The council will hold a public hearing on the 2023 budget. It will consider renewal of the Sister City contract with Skien, Norway. It will consider the report of the planning commission, second reading of the repeal of the pit bull ordinance, a business incentive agreement to sell intermodal property to LPND1, a request for a property tax break on improvements to an apartment building, a budget amendment for Safe Routes to Schools projects and a contract with Minot Veterinary Clinic for pound services.
