Agenda: The council will consider a bond sale related to the M building, sale of the Home Sweet Home property, a committee to review MAGIC Fund guidelines, repeal of pit bull regulations, an architect contract for the children’s library, a commercial tax abatement request and an extension for Target to begin use of an alcohol license. The council will consider an amendment to the National Disaster Resilience program to add funds to Broadway Circle, a landfill master plan, acquisition/demolition of blighted flooded properties and grant administration. The council will receive an update on the International Economic Development Council plan and discuss the proposed 2023 budget.
