Agenda: The council will consider conversion of three downtown intersections to all-way stops, a contract extension with Retail Coach, bid awards for new city hall furniture, pursuing a grant to explore pocket park and art placement locations, curbside recycling options, hiring of a new city attorney and retention of a city electrical inspection program versus turning the program over to the state. The council president will present budget recommendations.
