Agenda: The council will decide on a proposed move of municipal court to a county building and will discuss Safe Routes to Schools Projects at Washington and Edison. The council will consider a negotiation recommendation with the developer of the downtown parking ramps on a court judgement, repeal of an ordinance allowing removal of certain employee personnel records and a preliminary budget.
