Agenda: The council will act on appointment to fill a council vacancy, set a special election to fill the vacancy and consider requesting proposals for disposal of the Home Sweet Home building. It will consider participation in a Bank of North Dakota Pace Loan for the intermodal facility, recommendations of the planning commission, a vending agreement for electronic massage chairs in the airport terminal and sale of surplus property. Minot Area Chamber EDC will make its semi-annual presentation.
