Agenda: The council will meet in executive session for an attorney consultation on City of Minot v. Cypress Development. At 5:30 p.m., the council will meet in open session to consider participation in the Main Street Initiative, wayfinding signage, Visit Minot bylaws, stop signage on 30th Avenue Northwest only at 16th Street near Ramstad School, a resilience program amendment to shift more money to multi-family rental housing and expansion of early warning sirens.
