Agenda: The council will consider Tax Increment Financing for the Big M building, a memorandum of understanding with Bird Scooters for rental scooters, parameters for use of off-highway vehicles in the city, partial April refunds for parking ramp pass holders, contract renewal with Shane Goettle as special attorney for legislative affairs, construction standards updates and planning commission recommendations. Proclamations will be issued recognizing Minot boys and girls basketball teams and police week.
