Agenda: The council will act on several zoning requests and development agreements, street seal and street improvement bids, the northwest watermain replacement, Facade Improvement Program participation by Mouse River Players and Margie’s Art Glass Studio, a consulting contract for the airport and repair of a roll-off truck damaged in an accident. The council will give annual consideration to an emergency action plan for flood fighting and hear a presentation by Closed Loop Partners regarding recycling.
