Minot City Council

Agenda: The council will consider a business incentive agreement to provide a forgivable loan to a corporate entity under Minot Area Chamber EDC for use in buying city-owned land used by the intermodal facility. MACEDC also will make a semi-annual presentation. First District Health Unit will present a COVID-19 update. The city engineer will present a progress report on the Ward County Hazard Mitigation Plan. The council will act on a grant award from Hess for a fire department air compressor, bid award for the traffic signal improvement project, a National Disaster Resilience substantial amendment to increase funding for the city hall and family homeless shelter projects, a maintenance agreement with the state for 16th Street and 37th Avenue Southwest for mill and overlay and design and construction of a new Sundre Aquifer well.
