Agenda: The council will receive a report from Visit Minot on the Tourism Recovery and Resilience Project. It will consider service agreements with First District Health Unit, Souris Basin Planning Council, Minot Commission on Aging and Minot Area Council of the Arts. It will discuss increasing traffic fines and revising planning service fees. First District will present a COVID-19 update.
