Agenda: The commission will consider Second Amendment and vaccine mandate resolutions in light of an Attorney General’s decision not to issue an opinion. The commission will hold a public hearing on the minimum sale price of foreclosed properties, consider a fund request from Rice Lake Recreational Service District and discuss the vacant facilities director position and memo from a task force on use of American Rescue Plan funds. Executive sessions will be held regarding Ward County/Vix (Sawyer/Velva bridge) and Pietsch vs. Ward County (road right-of-way ordinance).
