Agenda: The council will discuss a contract with Project Bee to complete and operate a family homeless shelter and low-income apartments to be constructed at Broadway Circle. The council will consider a preliminary 2022 budget, continuing the City Hall retaining wall project, traffic pattern and control changes at Jim Hill and Bel Air schools and hiring a consultant to design a new landfill cell.
