Agenda: Central Power is requesting a permit for a substation for a grain facility project near Ryder and an outlot for public utilities. The commission will consider requests for permits for accessory dwellings near Norwich and in Iota Flats township, a single-lot subdivision in Rice Lake Township and outlot requests for residential or agricultural purposes. The commission will discuss right-of-way policy and review the draft zoning ordinance.
