Agenda: The council will consider a parklet and streetery program for outdoor dining, a professional services agreement with Minot Area Chamber EDC and May 15 termination of COVID-19 resolutions, including mask requirements in city buildings. The council will act on 2021 street project plans, cyber security insurance and participation in a S.D. School of Mines study on turning waste to energy by providing waste samples. The council will consider a pavement improvement project at the park district’s Family Recreation Addition in west Minot and will receive Superfund site and COVID-19 updates.
