Minot Planning Commission

Where: Minot City Hall, council chambers, second floor, 515-2nd Ave. SW
Agenda: The commission will act on a proposed Intro and Decorum document regarding commission rules; a three-lot Trestle Ridge 5th Addition subdivision located southwest of Minot; a two-lot subdivision request at 1710 Valley Street; a conditional use permit for a general care clinic at 1308 20th Ave. SW; a lot line adjustment on property west of Minot with a variance to reduce minimum lot size; an 11-lot subdivision southeast of Minot; a conditional use permit for the outdoor display of merchandise, open storage and hazardous material storage in southeast Minot for a relocated Tractor Supply Co.; an application from the City of Minot for a master plan amendment to designate alternatives for a proposed transfer facility at the landfill and a variance related to onsite road improvements, trash enclosure obscuration requirements and landscaping; and a zoning ordinance supplement.
