Agenda: The commission will consider requests for a new subdivision and block consolidation in southeast Minot. It will consider a replat request along Valley Street, a conditional use permit for a doggie daycare in southwest Minot, a private family cemetery outside city limits, a commercial district and carwash in southwest Minot, a plat along Highway 83 North to install trees for a future residential property and zoning amendments related to flood protection requirements.
