Agenda: First District Health Unit will provide information and recommendations regarding the COVID-19 pandemic. The council will consider a city manager hiring committee, a resolution declaring Indigenous People’s Day, participation in a state funding program for sidewalk installation on 16th Street and 17th Avenue near Edison School and a contract with KLJ for building permit review of the Trinity medical complex. The council will hold a public hearing on a permit to move a house from northwest to southwest Minot and will meet in executive session to discuss the former city manager’s contract.
