Agenda: The council will consider extension of the second penny of sales tax that expires September 2021. The council will consider the reports of the planning commission and franchise committee, bid award on Southwest Water Tower, purchase of updated video surveillance equipment for city buses, salary increase for the interim city manager, contract renewal with an attorney for state government affairs and First District Health Unit contract amendment. The council will receive a 2020 Census update.
