Agenda: The council will consider recommendations of the planning commission, including a PUD request for Blu on Broadway and an ordinance to regulate mixed-use in hotels and motels. The council will consider sidewalk assessments, removal of the traffic signal at 10th Street and 31st Avenue Southwest and eminent domain in a buyout area in northeast Minot. Council president Jantzer will present his budget address.
