Agenda: The commission will hold a public hearing on a request from Ferrellgas for a permit to construct a propane storage and distribution facility in northeast Minot. It will hold public hearings on a planned mixed-use development on South Broadway and on an ordinance change to regulate commercial and mixed use in hotels and motels in general commercial districts.
