Where: Minot City Hall, council chambers, second floor, 515-2nd Ave. SW
Agenda: The council will receive the MAGIC Fund compliance report. It will consider zoning requests, the use of firearms in wildlife management at the airport, an MADC agreement, a city ombudsman and hiring of a planning consultant. The council will receive a report on recycling and hear from the library director.
