Agenda: The commission will hold a public hearing on alcoholic beverage retail sale licensure and regulations. It will discuss crosswalk safety, jail construction, a Rice Lake acquisition project, equipment bids, open space preservation in the flood plain and State Fair Board applications. It will consider a letter from the weather modification board chairman regarding budget cuts
