Agenda: The committee will discuss airport matters, building relocation requests, sidewalk assessments, resurfacing of the South Hill Complex courts, project bid awards, contract payment for administration to Souris Basin Planning Council related to the downtown infrastructure project, construction-related permit fees, adoption of the Ward County Multi Hazard Mitigation Plan, alcohol license requests, Carnegie Center structural repairs, a bill paying and reimbursement system through Wells Fargo, purchase of a vacant property abutting the flood control project, a model International Existing Building Code and other business.
