Where: Minot City Hall, council chambers, second floor, 515-2nd Ave. SW
Agenda: Capital RV Center is bringing back a campground request with an alternative access route. The commission will consider rezoning requests to expand Flower Central, build a home west of Minot and utilize pastureland west of Minot.
