Agenda: The committee will consider a building relocation request, increased recording fees for documents, 2017 sidewalk assessments, a pavement management plan, levee tree removal, plans and specifications for the flood protection project and encroachment permits for animal waste bag dispensers, yarn bombing by Minot Street Art Movement and city utility box artwork. It also will consider winery, supper club and gaming license requests. It will review the nuisance and prohibited animal ordinances.
