The following people were issued a marriage license by the Ward County Recorder in Minot and have been united in marriage: Austin Michael Reese of Minot and Awnah Jolene Fox-Altinger of Halliday, Adam James Schaf and Kirsten Diane Medlang, both of Bismarck; Roger Wayne Ostby and Hazel Carrington Spicer, both of Minot.
