Keyshawn J. Monteau, 23, Bismarck, criminal mischief-willful damage-reckless $2,000-$10,000 or intentional $100-$2,000 (Class A misdemeanor) 360 days in the Ward County Jail, first serve 77 days with credit for 77 days served, two years of unsupervised probation, must have no contact with victim and maintain a 150 foot distance provision, $1,752 in court fines, fees and restitution.

Winona Emelia Keplin, 31, Minot, criminal trespass-dwelling (Class C felony) deemed a misdemeanor, 360 days in the Ward County Jail, first serve 81 days with credit for 81 days served, two years of supervised probation, must have no contact with victims and maintain a 200-foot distance provision from their residence, $525 in court fines and fees.
