DUI, alcohol and drugs, third offense within seven years (Class A misdemeanor) – Jon Steven Lewis, 39, New Town, 360 days, 120 days suspended, two years suspended, defendant shall serve 24 days of his sentence at the Ward County Jail and 216 days via house arrest at his own expense. He will be allowed work release during the period of house arrest, $3,000 fine, $200 criminal administration fee, $100 defense/facility administration fee, $25 victim-witness fee.
