Theft (Class C felony) – Angela Marie Flint Robinson, 38, Lewiston, Idaho, 360 days, first serve 91 days, credit for 91 days served and 13 days of time off for good behavior, three years supervised probation, concurrent with sentence on other charge, offense will be deemed a Class A misdemeanor upon successful completion of probation, continue treatment, $4,155.89 restitution, $100 defense/facility administration fee, $25 victim-witness fee, also possession of a controlled substance (Class A misdemeanor), 360 days, first serve 91 days, credit for 91 days served and 13 days time off for good behavior, concurrent with sentence on other charge.
