Agenda: The commission will consider requests related to a FedEx expansion, construction of a city communications tower, development updates in northwest Minot, a residential parking variance and annexations. The commission will rehear a variance request related to newly constructed housing in northwest Minot and consider a zoning change request on residential property previously denied a zoning variance.
