Agenda: The commission will review proposed industrial parks in southeast Minot and a permit request for a motor freight cross-dock terminal facility and outdoor trailer storage for FedEx Freight in an industrial park. It will consider hazardous materials storage at Amgas Services and a fuel storage tank at Swanston Equipment. It will act on sign requests and determine whether to recommend re-enactment of a moratorium on billboards for a year.
