Minot Planning Commission

When: Monday, 5:30 p.m.

Where: Minot City Hall, council chambers, second floor, 515-2nd Ave. SW.

Agenda: The commission will hear an appeal by neighbors of First Western Bank & Trust on a parking variance for the bank. Enerbase Cooperative Resources is asking to subdivide and annex property on Minot’s north side. The commission will consider residential variance and residential and commercial subdivision requests. The River Front and Center Plan also will be presented.

How to make your opinion known: Meetings are open to the public. Commission members are Chairman John Zimmerman, Brenden Howe, Todd Wegenast, Wallace Berning, Larry Holbach, Jon Hanson, Ryan Conklin, Todd Koop, Pam Karpenko, Travis Zablotney, Mike Lucy, Kevin Mehrer and Tyler Neether.
