Agenda: The commission will consider a 55th Crossing subdivision, an industrial development northeast of Minot, housing developments southwest of Minot and in northwest Minot and several variances. The commission will hold a public hearing to consider changes to the zoning code.

Agenda: The commission will hold a hearing on taxes on mobile homes paid under protest. The commission will hear from the engineering department on road projects and hazard mitigation program demolitions and from the planning department on plat recommendations. Commissioners will consider a pay increase for the emergency manager.
